Can I return or exchange my item? I’m scared I may pick the wrong size.
Yes, you can. We offer easy 30 day returns & exchanges, please email ordersjaxonhumanstore@gmail.com for the return instructions on your order. You can then return your item/s for a refund or exchange for a different size/colour. Items must be unworn in new condition with tags and stickers attached and sent back within 30 days. Please note that we cannot guarantee your exchange size/colour will be available once we receive your returned item. We also cannot exchange for a different style item, this will have to be a separate purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items.
European Union Customers
If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ordersjaxonhumanstore@gmail.com quoting your order number. We will provide instructions regarding the return process and any applicable refund. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached unless otherwise required by law.
My item was on sale, can I still return or exchange it?
No, there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
