Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

 

We offer easy 30 day returns & exchanges, please email ordersjaxonhumanstore@gmail.com for the return instructions on your order. You can then return your item/s for a refund or exchange for a different size/colour. Items must be unworn in new condition with tags and stickers attached and sent back within 30 days. Please note that we cannot guarantee your exchange size/colour/type will be available once we receive your returned item. We also cannot exchange for a different style item, this will have to be a separate purchase. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. 

 

European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at ordersjaxonhumanstore@gmail.com quoting your order number. We will provide instructions regarding the return process and any applicable refund. Returned items must be sent back in their original condition and with all tags attached unless otherwise required by law.

Damages and issues

 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Sale Items

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items.

 

Exchanges

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
